Below is my sales policy. Please make sure that you take the time to review everything below. It is the buyer's responsibility to know and understand everything below. By inquiring about a rabbit, it is telling me that you have read the sales policy.

Sales Policy

All rabbits are healthy when they leave me.

No rabbits will be sold until they are at least 8 weeks old. This is the state law.

I have the right to cancel a sale at any time. If a deposit has been made, it will be refunded. If the buyer cancels a sale after the deposit has been received, the deposit will not be refunded.

You are responsible to look at the rabbit to make sure I didn't miss any disqualifications. I will tell you of any flaws that I am aware of.

If you find a disqualification after I sell you the rabbit, NO refund will be given.

No rabbits will be held without a 50% nonrefundable deposit. Normally I won't hold a rabbit for more then 2 weeks, unless prior arrangments have been made. If a desposit hasn't been made, the rabbit will NOT be held. No Exceptions.

Rabbits MUST be fully paid for before you take them home.

If you don't show up at the scheduled pick-up time the money put on that rabbit will be forfeited and the rabbit will be for sale again.

Rabbits are sold on a first come first serve basis and the waiting list has first choice.

Additional Information

I can deliver to shows that I am planning on attending as long as a desposit has been made.

I only accept money orders and cash. No Exceptions.

A 10% discount on buying 3 or more rabbits is given.

My waiting list has first chance at any rabbit that I have for sale.

The price of a certain animal is subject to change based on increasing food prices and the maturing of the animal. The prices are firm. No, exceptions.

I do not sell does that are bred.

I don't offer a stud service of any kind.

Pet Quality rabbits do not come with pedigrees unless otherwise stated.
